Documentary about the work and accomplishments of F. Percy Smith, naturalist, inventor and film-making pioneer. Smith's work revolved around the development of photographic and cinematographic techniques in order to better observe miniscule organisms and their behaviours.
Original footage shot by Smith is edited and given an original score in order to heighten the sense of wonder and intrigue provided by Smith's insights into these microscopic worlds.
