This gifty book of yoga positions is geared toward hikers, bikers and kayakers. The basic poses can be performed in or on top of a sleeping bag, within the confines of a tent. Positions have been renamed (for example, 'Arches' instead of the Sanskrit Setu Banda) to make yoga accessible to a wider audience.
